Beautiful, Grand Hotel and location is perfect for walking around to discover the uniqueness of downtown St. Petersburg, FL. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very efficient and friendly. They made sure we had all we needed and more. Hotel guest services reached out to me before the trip to give info on the hotel/resort and asked if we were celebrating any special occasion. I returned his email with an affirmation of our special event and we were surprised with a bottle of Prosecco and some macarons when we arrived.

the historic building is gorgeous, the room we had was very nicely designed and decorated. the only complaint was the large sofa was blocked by a coffee table that had to be up against the sofa to allow room to access that side of the bed, essentially making the sofa unusable.

Certain elevators were not working making pool and other areas nearly inaccessible to this handicapped guest.

Fabulous time the restaurants museums the weather could not have been any better. The hotel is pretty good to.

We loved the layout of the room. It was very spacious though there was some type of a skirt over the box spring portion of the bed that had been bleached out by the sun and had marks on it, hideous.
